In México, 70% of women who attend a double working day (professional and home) suffer from conditions such as chronic stress, which affects the family nucleus because it results in irritability and sadness which can lead to depression.
The project began by doing research and analysis on exponential technologies and global and local trends, then quantitative data was gather, hypotheses developed.
"Working mothers, need to organize their household chores efficiently during the week to spend personal time and feel satisfied."
Through the investigation and validation of the hypotheses, we limit our users and began on working with women who have children whom have not yet reached adolescence. We realized that family living time is not always of quality due to the many tasks they have to performed, however these tasks are usually centralized in women, this problem is aggravated since in Mexico, women occupied more than twice his time to carry out unpaid work home than men.
In this phase, user needs were defined and value insights were found. Likewise, ideation and validation sessions were held to define the product, subsequently business validation strategies were designed.
After refining the ideas, a business model and an ecosystem were structured to generate an experience around a digital product, which allow family integration and decentralization of household activities and generate a sense of reward.
During the development of the digital product, prototypes were made in order to validate the idea as well as the business model and iterate the usability of the system.
